Generally, LAPD 37s did not have the full-length, eight-round magazine tube but the shorter four-round magazine. They're virtually useless on a trap or skeet field single loading a 37 is a complete pain in the ass. They have an almost cult like following for reasons I've never understood. Not remotely practical for anything short of the Zombie horde coming over the fence. Had one of the Ithacas that would slam fire.
